Chuck has been producing pure maple syrup
since he was 12 years old with his brother, Bruce and
Sister, Nan. With time off for a Xerox career and more
education we are now producing the finest maple syrup
possible in New York State at our state of the art
facility. We enjoy our family, friends, and neighbors who
help us produce our glorious, quality pure Maple Syrup
products.

Bruce is
Chuck’s brother and enjoys the physical, technical and
building aspects of producing our pure maple syrup. Bruce
is a great contributor to our maple syrup operation. He is
responsible for making all the trails in our woods. His
technical and physical skills allow us to make our great
syrup! |

Winship
BA Physics, MBA John is Chuck’s son and his family, Catherine, Ally, Tyler and Calvin enjoy participating in our efforts to make the best maple syrups in New York State. Our grand kids are our best consumers. John enjoys the outdoors and increasing our maple syrup production.

Dori & Rob
Hopkins MS Reading Teacher Lives in Binghamton, New York Dori is Chuck’s daughter and her family members are Rob, Tanner and Aiden. They love the farm and help during school vacations. ![]() Dori is a Kindergarten Teacher and Rob is a large simulator technician and past Army Paratrooper. Rob helps us tap the trees and demonstrates old fashion maple syrup making during maple weekend.

Nan Miller BS Teaching Retired Teacher Master Gardener Lives in the Winship’s home town of Salamanca, New York
Nan is Chuck’s sister and with her husband, Ron, help with packaging our maple products. Nan and Ron are both retired teachers. Nan helps with the presentation of our fine products and helps with our teaching curriculums. She is a NYS premier wildflower and domestic flower expert and enjoys leading tours and sharing her knowledge. Our Sugarbush is one of the best examples of wild flowers in Western New York. |

Pam is the all around person who not only designed this web site but develops and markets maple products and value added maple products at local farmers’ markets and art shows. Using her photography skills and love of nature, she photographs wildflowers in the sugarbush, leads schools groups through the sugarbush and organizes environmental & cooking education programs for children & adults. | |||
