Hot Pepper Jam - Available only in Fall

Hot Pepper Jam:   All the sweet red and hot green peppers grown on the farm of Sugarbush Hollow and prepared fresh in September and October.  Poured over cream cheese and served with crackers this jam with make you a hit at your next party. This is a seasonal product only offered for sale in the fall.

Maple-Wild Blackberry Jelly

Wild blackberries grow in the sugarbush and local area farms.  We thought, why not make a fruit maple jelly that uses a natural fruit from the Finger Lakes area.  Blackberries contain a large amount of vitamin C, mix that with pure maple syrup and a special ingredient called genugel (carrageenan) and you have an all-natural jelly,   Use on fresh toast or bagels or whip with heavy cream for a delicious blackberry dessert.
