Hot Pepper Jam

Sweet, Red & Hot green peppers go into our "Hot Pepper Jam" from Sugarbush Hollows.

Hot Pepper Jam:   All the sweet red peppers and jalapeno peppers are purchased from local farmers. Canadice Kitchens processes the peppers in the fall and combines with a secret flavored herbal vinegar to give it a unique flavor. Pour our hot pepper jam over cream cheese and serve with crackers, use alone as a dip or use it as a glaze for grilling or slow cooking meats. We especially like our jam poured over meat loaf for a sweet and sour taste!

Maple-Wild Blackberry Jelly (in season)

Wild blackberries grow in the sugarbush and local area farms.  We thought, why not make a fruit maple jelly that uses a natural fruit from the Finger Lakes area.  Blackberries contain a large amount of vitamin C, mix that with pure maple syrup and a special ingredient called genugel (carrageenan) and you have an all-natural jelly,   Use on fresh toast or bagels or whip with heavy cream for a delicious blackberry dessert.
